Eroded,

the rosé of the SuperVulcano

DSC05860.jpg

A tribute to the territory for a small reality that rises at the foot of Monte Rosa, on a rocky soil of volcanic origin, rocks eroded over time that have become the perfect soil on which to grow our vines.

Our eRòsa stands out for its intense and fruity aroma that recalls summer fruit, Saturn peach, mulberry, but also the violet typical of this grape variety. The interesting acidity, freshness and its flavor make it a truly irresistible glass.

Class of '21 is not a random name: it is the year of grandfather Erminio, a sharecropper and humble farmer with a great personality, called to arms during the Second World War; in 1942, just twenty years old, he fought in the battle of El Alamein and, prisoner of the English, was freed only at the end of the conflict. It took him 5 years to return home, crossing the desert on foot: hence the meaning of this wine and its desert-colored label.
